Pico de gallo/salsa fresca
two tomatoes, chopped
one medium onion, minced
half a handful of cilantro, chopped
juice of two calamansi/half a lemon
a splash of white vinegar
cumin, cayenne pepper/chili, and salt to taste
Mix everything together
Chill for at least an hour
Serve with a bag of Mr Chips…

Put your feet up

two eggs
five tablespoons condensed milk/dulce de leche
one teaspoon vanilla extract
a dash of nutmeg
an eighth of a teaspoon of salt
butter
bread
syrup
Beat first five ingredients together
Heat pan
Melt butter in pan
Dip bread in mixture
Fry both sides
Drizzle with maple syrup (like leftovers from Jollibee heh)
Play senti music
Sit by the window
Watch the rain
